Day 1: Arrival – Arusha
Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), where a Favor Expeditions representative will greet you and transfer you to your lodge in Arusha.
Rest and unwind as you prepare for your safari adventure ahead. If time allows, enjoy a city tour or visit a nearby coffee plantation.

Day 2: Arusha – Tarangire National Park
After breakfast, depart with your guide toward Tarangire National Park (approx. 2.5 hrs).
Enjoy your first game drive upon entering the park, famous for its giant baobabs and herds of up to 300 elephants. Look out for lions, leopards, zebras, and wildebeest gathering near the Tarangire River

Day 4: Tarangire – Lake Manyara National Park – Karatu
After breakfast, drive to Lake Manyara National Park, a compact but vibrant park known for its flamingos, tree-climbing lions, and groundwater forest.
Enjoy a picnic lunch and afternoon game drive before continuing to Karatu, a lush highland town nestled near Ngorongoro.

Day 5: Ngorongoro Crater Safari
Descend into the legendary Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the most beautiful wildlife sanctuaries in the world.

Day 6: Ngorongoro – Central Serengeti
After breakfast, drive toward the Serengeti National Park, one of Africa’s premier wildlife destinations.
Stop en route at Olduvai Gorge (optional), known as the “Cradle of Mankind,” before entering the park for your first game drive.
Arrive at your lodge or camp in the Central Serengeti (Seronera area).

Day 7–8: Serengeti National Park – Full Exploration
Spend two full days exploring the Serengeti. The park’s vast plains host the Great Wildebeest Migration, depending on the time of year.
Your expert guide will track seasonal movements, predators, and hidden wildlife gems. Expect to see lions, leopards, elephants, giraffes, cheetahs, and over 500 bird species.
Optional sunrise hot air balloon safari followed by a champagne breakfast (additional cost).
